摘　　要：文章针对学分制带来的高校学生发展个性化、学习自主化、需求多样化和生活分散化的新情况,提出要建立条块结合、优势互补、分工协作、齐抓共管的学生管理新体制。This article focuses on the new situations such as the individuation of students＇ development, the independence of studying, the diversification of students＇ needs and the separation of students＇ daily life arising from credit system. It highlights the new system of student management on the basis of combination of the systems of student management under the main line of college- department - class and living village - boarding house- dormitory, mutual benefit of advantage, division and cooperation of work, and the common management.
