摘　　要：通过对开放源代码创新社群内部创新机制的研究,阐述了激发用户创新和有效利用创新成果的激励机制,并从静态与动态两个维度分析了社群成员之间的相互作用与激励。This paper explains the incentive mechanism of users＇ motivation and contribution with an eye towards innovation processes in open source innovation community. In this community which is represented by the fast development of Linux software,users contribute knowledge to innovation platform to collectively develop the whole community. In this paper,the interaction of users is explored form both static and dynamic dimension.
