摘　　要：实施“双证制”教育与构建和谐社会、个体自我完善和发展、农村成校自身发展有着极为紧密的联系。在“双证制”教育的开展中，要争取多方支持、做好宣传发动，实施规范管理、保证教学质量，并以文化知识为基础，以技能培训为核心，兼顾知识和技能，并将二者有机地融合在一起。The implementation of ＂dual- certificate system＂ has close relationship with construction of harmonious society, self- optimization and development of individuals, self- development of rural adult school. The development of ＂dual -certificate system＂ should strive for support from various sides, try best for propagandizing and launching, carry out regulated management, ensure teaching quality, give attention to knowledge as well as skills, and try to achieve the integration of the two.
