摘　　要：本文通过建设炼钢学精品课,狠抓师资队伍建设,教学内容、方法、手段和教材建设,加强实践能力培养、带动本专业全面教学质量的提高,使学生的就业率和考研上线率在全校名列前茅。By building perfect courses, the authors aim to advance the ability of the teachers and teaching material, enrich the content, the ways and means of teaching, and strengthen the students, practice ability, whick can enhance teaching quality fully in metallurgical engineering specialty, the raise employment rate and enrollment of undergraduate rate of undergraduates.
