摘　　要：【目的】检测膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况,探讨HIF-1α在BTCC中表达的可能临床意义。【方法】应用免疫组织化学检测BTCC组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的蛋白表达,分析HIF-1α表达与肿瘤临床分期、病理分级及复发的关系,并分析HIF-1α与VEGF表达的相关性。【结果】12例正常膀胱组织未发现HIF-1α阳性表达,57例BTCC组织中有30例(52.63%)HIF-1α表达阳性,其表达与肿瘤的临床分期及复发明显相关。而且,HIF-1α与VEGF的表达具有明显相关性(r=0.575,P=0.001)。【结论】HIF-1α在BTCC的侵袭等生物学过程中具有重要的作用,HIF-1α可能可以用于临床监控BTCC的进展。[Objective]To investigate the clinicopathological significance of HIF-1α expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC）.[Methods] HIF-1α and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） protein expression were determined using immunohistochemistry. The relationship between HIF-1α expression and various clinicopathological parameters including pathological grade and clinical stage was analyzed and the correlation between HIF-1α expression and VEGF expression was also analyzed. [Results]Over-expression of HIF-1α was frequently （30 of 57 cases, 52.63%） detected in BTCC tissues , whereas no HIF-1α expressions in the 12 normal bladder tissues. HIF-1α expression was significantly associated with invasive bladder cancer. There was significant correlation between the HIF-1α protein and the VEGF protein expression （r=0. 575, P =0. 001）. [Conclusion]HIF-1α may play a critical role in the invasion of bladder carcinoma and can be used to estimate its progression.
