摘　　要：对当前高校体育课存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出以构建和谐体育课堂的方法来提高高校体育课的教学效果,并阐述了实施和谐课堂的实施方法。After an analysis on the current problems of college physical education, the authors of this essay propose methods of constructing harmonious P. E. classes to improve the educational effects of college P. E. class and elaborate on how to carry on harmonious P. E. classes.
