国际教育服务贸易的演变

摘　　要：国际教育服务贸易从公益性的教育国际交流与合作演变而来。公益性与营利性同为国际教育服务的固有属性,但是,在不同的历史条件下二者所处的地位不同。现今的国际教育服务凸现其营利性的一面,与此同时,公益性与营利性相互融合,共同推动国际教育服务的发展。Trade in international education services evolves from non-profit international cooperation and exchanges in education. As the intrinsic attributes of international education services, ＂for profit＂ education and ＂non-profit＂ education are emphasized differently against the changing historical background. In current circumstances, the ＂for profit＂ aspect of international education is more obvious while ＂for profit＂ and ＂non-profit＂ education co-exist and enhance one another.
