网络的伦理困境与出路

摘　　要：信息网络正在开辟一个新时代。网络不仅是一种新技术媒介,而且影响着我们生活的方方面面,既带来许多正面积极的价值观念,又给现有伦理规范带来了前所未有的冲击与挑战,由此导致网络时代的伦理存在着诸如自律与他律、个人自由与社会责任、隐私与安全等困境,建构新的网络伦理规范势在必行,必须确立一系列基本原则,塑造健全网络主体。网络伦理道德规范的建设是一个长期的系统工程,它需要全民参与,国际合作。我们的理想目标是为网络社会和网络文化的健康发展注入健康的基因,建立一个既自由开放、又和谐有序的文明世界。Information-network is opening up a new age.Network not only is a king of new technological media,but affects our life in all aspects.It not only brings many positive values,but also challenges the current ethical norm.The ethics of network now faces the predicaments such as self-discipline and other-discipline,freedom and responsibility,privacy and safety. It is imperative that a new network ethics should be built,a series of principles should be set up and a wholesome network principal part should be established.This paper maintains that the construction of network ethical norm is a long systemic project,which needs to be the involvement of all net citizens and the international cooperation,thus a free,open,harmonious and orderly world could be built up.
