摘　　要：名师发展深受各种外在因素的影响。其中,关键人物是影响名师发展的外在关键因素。关键人物对名师发展的影响包括教育家的教育著述或影视作品、教师的教育艺术、关键人物的点拨、学生的认可、关键人物的扶掖、关键人物的激励、关键人物的宣传等多种多样的形式,关键人物影响名师发展的原因也具有多因性,既有角色榜样的作用,也有教学回报的作用。Eminent teacher development is influenced by a lot of external factors. Key figures are the external key factor that influenced eminent teacher development. The forms and reasons are varied that influence eminent teacher development about key figures. The forms consist of educator＇s works, education arts, student＇s approve and key figure＇s instruct, foster, inspire or propaganda etc. The reasons consist of role example affect and teaching repay affect.
