碘盐中碘离子的分光光度测定法

摘  要:目的寻找一种测定碘盐中碘离子的简单快速的方法。方法碘盐中的碘酸根在磷酸酸性溶液中氧化碘化钾析出碘,碘与过量碘化钾形成I3^-,用723型分光光度计在351ml波长下进行测定。结果方法的线性范围0~60mg/kg,最低检出浓度为0.01mg/kg,加标回收率在95.0%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.95%~1.53%。结论该方法简单快速,结果与标准方法一致。[ Objective]To find out a simple and rapid method for determining iodine ion in iodided sodium chloride. [Methods]Potassium iodide in phosphoric solution was oxidated by the acid radical of iodic acid, iodine was generated; the reaction of iodine and excessive potassium iodide generated I-3, type 723 spectrometer was applied for the determination with a wave length of 351 nm. [Results]The linear range was 0-60 mg/kg, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg, the rate of recovery was 95.0% - 103.0%, the RSD was 0.95% - 1.53%. [Conclusion]This method is simple and rapid, the result accords with that of the standard method.
