摘　　要：从江西产业结构调整以及工业化进程对理工科创新型人才的要求出发,探讨了江西高校创新型理工科人才培养模式,提出了创新型理工科人才培养模式的实施要点。Sturting from the requirements of Jiangxi＇s industrial structure adjustment and the progress of the industrialization for the innovative talents of science and engineering, this paper probes into the model of cultivating the innovative talents of science and engineering adopted by Jiangxi＇s universitis, and puts forward some key points of implementing the model of cultivating the innovative talents of science and engineering.
