越野汽车ABS参考车速计算方法

摘　　要：引入加速度传感器信号进行越野汽车ABS参考车速计算,分析加速度传感器信号特点,提出汽车匀速运动状态确认和坡度零点补偿的加速度信号处理方法;分析设计了选择轮速信息的提取、参考车速分离点和差值斜率的确认、首次分离和后续分离逻辑的算法,提出了越野汽车参考车速计算方法。试验证明,本算法适合越野汽车ABS工作的特殊要求,计算准确、适应性强。Because of the special request of off-road vehicle, the method for calculating vehicle reference speed of ABS is different from usual. This paper gave a method of calculating vehicle reference speed for off-road vehicle ABS based on acceleration sensor. The method of how to use the acceleration sensor signal with compensations, select wheel speed, estimate road surface, verify the isolated point and compute isolated grade was studied. Many experiments carried on a JEEP2500 car show that the vehicle reference speed from this method is close to vehicle speed, the method can be used to enhance the accuracy and adaptability for ABS and greatly improve the ABS control effect of off-road vehicle.
