摘　　要：建立ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统的应用是现代企业管理必不可少的管理工具,是提升管理能力的必要手段。通过ERP系统优化企业内部结构—规范管理,提高各业务组织运行协作能务,降低企业运行成本,实现数据统一与共享,从而提高企业管理效益,是企业创造财富的源泉。Establishment of ERP （Enterprise Resource Planning） system application is a necessary management tool in the mordent enterprise management and it is also an essential means to improve management capability. By applying ERP system, it streamlines the internal structure of enterprises, regularizes management, improves operation cost of enterprises, realizes data unity and sharing, thereby improving management effectiveness and benefit of enterprises, which are the resources of enterprises making profits.
