摘　　要：分析了Ｇ４２７发动机缸盖在生产过程中存在的问题及解决的方法和步骤，详细介绍了ＧＧＣＡＭ１分布式多微机系统各部分的组成及工作管理、通信网络结构与通信控制。实际使用表明，该系统结构简单、运行可靠。This paper analyzes the existing problems of G427 engine hood in machining process and introduces the solution method and procedures.The system structure ,working principle,commumicate net and communicate control are also described in detail.The application shows that this system is characterized by simple,reliable operation and higher level and performance price ratio.
