高校科研项目申报工作的几点思考

摘　　要：随着高等学校的跨越式发展和高校间竞争的加剧,科研水平已成为衡量高等学校综合实力和竞争力的决定性因素之一。在科研工作中尽可能多地获得项目并高质量地完成项目是衡量一所高校科研水平的重要标准,而项目申报作为项目立项的关键环节就显得尤为重要。就项目申报问题进行分析探讨并提出几点思考,以便进一步有效地推动科研项目申报工作的开展。With the rapid development and the intensifying of the competition of universities, the standard of scientific research has become one of the most important factors to evaluate the ability of competitiveness and comprehensive strength. One of the most important criteria to evaluate the scientific research of a university is to accomplish as many projects as they can. As the key-points of setting a project, applying for a project is more significant. This paper has brought up some questions and analyzed how to apply for a project in order to effectively advance the development of applying for a project.
