摘　　要：基于“企业代”的新语境,研断微小企业所处的不同发展阶段,并研究其生命周期与金融周期的互动状况有了新范式、新视角。必须基于其代内成长和代际成长的不断演进创新状态,构筑可持续发展的融资制度。代内成长和代际成长两种不同成长类型及结构,决定着企业的成长性和可持续性。Based on the principle of enterprise generation, the paper analyzes the different stages in the course of developing mini enterprises in terms of the interaction between their life cycle and financial cycle with new standards and new angles. By promoting the growth inside and between the genenations, the paper holds the importance of build the financial. System basedon sustainable development.
