摘　　要：解决我国医学教育改革与发展中出现的问题、规范医学院校管理;引导不同类型的医学院校注重质量、注重教学、从严治教、走具有特色发展之路,建立中国医学教育认证制度是当务之急。澳大利亚医学教育认证制度经历了20余年的历程,对澳大利亚医学教育事业的发展起到了重要作用。澳大利亚医学教育体制与我国相似,其认证制度对建立我国医学教育认证制度具有一定的借鉴意义。It is an urgent task for us to establish assessment and accreditation system in China medical education in order to solve the problem arising in the reform and development of China medical education, standardize management of medical schools, and lead them to the emphasis on quality of teaching learning, rigorous teaching management, development with distinctive features. The assessment and accreditation of medical schools in Australia, which went through over 20 years, has played an important role in the development of its medical education. Since the system of medical education in Australian is similar to ours, its assessment and accreditation of medical schools is of certain use for reference to the establishment of our own.
