摘　　要：加强实验技术队伍建设，是高校实验室建设与改革中迫切需要研究的课题，该文结合浙江大学实施人才强校的实践，提出“提高认识，理顺体制；量化管理，完善考核；注重培养，提高素质；稳定队伍，优化结构”等研究型大学实验技术队伍建设的思路与措施。Strengthening construction of lab technician team is a pressing question for discussion in construction and reform of labs in higher learning institutions. This paper brings forward thoughts and methods in constructing lab technician team in researching universities of ＂Improve understanding, Clean system, Measure management, Perfect examination, Pay attention to training, Improve ability, Stabilize team, Optimize structure＂ according to the practice in strengthening university with persons of ability in Zhejiang University.
