摘　　要：医药生物化学探究性教学实验内容应覆盖了主要研究对象和常用技术,体现了常用研究思路。以血清芳香酯酶为研究对象可覆盖小分子、酶和蛋白大分子、核酸和基因等对象和相应研究技术。在实施过程中细化实验准备工作提供保障,按培养目标调整教学课时分配和选择具体教学实验内容,可采用文件化方式实施教学质量监控。The teaching contents for experimental biochemistry involve the common substances, basic techniques, and primary strategy of research. With serum arylesterase as the topics of teaching, small biomolecules, enzyme and protein, nucleic acids and genes as well as the techniques for their researches were covered. The class hour and specified contents may be adjusted as demanded, the teaching process may be monitored by written records, and more careful preparation of experiments is required for its fluent workflow.
