草地型藏羊和金堂黑山羊乳中游离氨基酸含量的分析

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法分析并比较了草地型藏羊与金堂黑山羊乳中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明:所有乳样中均检测到17种标准氨基酸,其中以精氨酸的含量最高,17种游离氨基酸中,草地型藏羊乳中甲硫氨酸的含量极显著高于金堂黑山羊乳(P<0.01),而草地型藏羊乳中游离天冬氨酸、甘氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸和缬氨酸的含量显著低于金堂黑山羊乳(P<0.05),其中9种游离氨基酸在两种羊乳中的含量未发现明显差异。The contant of free amino acid in the milk of Tibetan sheep of grassland type and Jingtang black goat were determined and compared by reversed-phase high performance liquid chroma-tography. The results showed that the contant of free methinine in the milk of Tibatan sheep of grassland was significantly more than that of Jintang black goat （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the contents of free aspartic acid, glycine, lysine glutamate, threonine , alanine and valine were significantly lower in Tibetan sheep milk than those in Jintang black goat milk （ P 〈 0.05 ） . There was not the significant difference in the contents of other free amino acids between in the milk Tibetan sheep of grassland type and Jintang black goat.
