企业伦理气氛与不道德行为关系的实证研究

摘　　要：通过实证研究,对企业伦理气氛和不道德行为的关系进行相关分析、回归分析和结构方程分析,得出企业伦理气氛影响不道德行为的发生;并且遵循道德规范伦理气氛和遵循法律制度伦理气氛与不道德行为呈负相关关系,利己主义的伦理气氛与不道德行为呈正相关关系;最后根据本文的结论为企业实际管理者提供借鉴。Through the empirical research including correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation analysis on the relation between corporate ethical climate and unethical behavior, this paper gets the result that corporate ethical climate influences unethical behavior occur, concludes that the utilitarianism corporate ethical climate has a positive relation with unethical behavior, and the abiding-lawprinciple and abiding-ethics-principle corporate ethical climates have negative relations with unethical behavior. The paper also provides methods to improve the corporate ethical level for managers.
