摘　　要：建设精品课程对提高教学质量具有重大的意义。本文明确了精品课程建设的目标,并从更新教学观念、教学内容和课程体系的改革、双语教学、师资队伍建设、教材建设等方面对机械制图精品课程建设提出了具体措施。It is of great importance to construct top-quality courses, which will improve teaching quality. The article not only defines the aim of top-quality courses, but also provides detailed steps from many aspects, such as renovating teaching concept, reform of teaching contents and system, bilingual teaching, teachers ＆ textbooks build up etc. as to the construction of top-quality course in mechanical drawing.
