摘 要:结合体育教师的职业特点和体育教学的实际情况,在俞国良等编制并验证的教师教学效能感量表的基础上编制体育教师教学效能感问卷,并运用该量表对25所普通高校的317名体育教师教学效能感的特点进行问卷调查,结果表明:性别对教师的教学效能感各项指标均无显著影响;教龄对个人效能感、总效能感有显著影响;学历因素对个人教学效能感有显著影响,教龄、学历存在着显著的交互影响;不同的学历水平下,教龄对教学效能感的影响模式不同;体育教师的个人教育效能感显著高于一般教学效能感。This paper discussed the eharacteristics of the sense of PE teachers' teaching efficiency based on 317 PE teachers in ordinary college and universities. The results indicated that the sex does not show the obvious influence to each item of the sense of teachers teaching efficiency, the teaching age shows the obvious influence to the sense of individual and general teaching efflciency,the factor of education background shows the obvious influence to the sense of individual teaching efficiency, and the teaching age and education background affect obviously for each other; the sense of PE teachers individual teaching efficiency is much higher than the sense of general teaching efficiency.
