摘　　要：为适应于光通信网络发展的需要,业界已开发出可调谐半导体激光器,光功能的高效率集成封装可提高耦合效率,还可减少成本。文章介绍了几种集成式可调谐半导体激光器及其封装技术。指出可调谐激光器的发展趋势是集成化和模块化。Tunable semiconductor laser are developed demands for optical communication network development. The high-efficiency integration pack of light function can increase clupling efficiency, and reduce cost. This paper proposes integrated tunable semiconductor lasers and packaging. Point out the develop trend of laser is integration and modularization.
