摘　　要：通过关键事件访谈,结合问卷统计分析得出目前我国体育企业高级经理人的胜任力素质:战略管理能力、积极自我效能、专业素养、人际交往能力、沟通协作能力、成就需求、市场开发能力、统筹思维能力和培养下属等八项因子。In this paper, eight factors of competency of sports enterprise senior executives in China were summarized. They included strategic management ability, positive self-efficacy, specialized accomplishment, human communication ability, cooperation ability, market development ability, all-around thinking ability and exploiting potential of subordinates etc.
