摘　　要：有效性是发挥道德教育作用的关键。高校德育工作者应重视大学生道德教育的有效性,分析影响高校道德教育有效性的因素,探索提高道德教育有效性的方法和途径,不断提高高校道德教育水平。The efficiency is to play the key of moral education role. The university moral education worker should take the university student moral education effieieney, analysis the faetors of influenee of university moral education effieieney, explorate enhances the moral education efficiency method and the way, raise the university moral education level unceasingly.
