路优泰与万拉法新治疗轻中度抑郁症60例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨路优泰对轻中度抑郁症患者的疗效及安全性。方法将60例抑郁症患者随机分为路优泰组和万拉法新组,治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果路优泰有效率为80%,对抑郁及伴随的焦虑症状作用明显,不良反应较少。结论路优泰对轻中度抑郁疗效肯定,与万拉法新相当,安全性较好。Objective To study the efficacy and side effect of neurostan in the treatment of patients with mild depression. Methods 60 patients with mild depression were randomly divided into neurostan and venlafaxine for 6 weeks. The therapeutic response and side effects were evaluated with the Hamilton depressive scale （HAMD）. Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and treatment emernent symptom scale （TESS）. Results The efficacy rate of neurostan was 80%, and neurostan is markedly effective in the treatment of mild depression and anxiety symptom, with fewer and slight side effects. Conclusion Neurostan is exactly effective in the treatment of depression, and efficacy is similar to that of venlafaxine with fewer side effects.
