摘　　要：为了解秦皇岛市各类型餐饮单位餐具消毒效果,找出存在的问题,探讨解决对策。方法:2005年对全市196家餐饮单位1490件餐具进行检测及消毒情况进行调查,并进行综合分析。结果:大型餐饮单位的餐具检测合格率为95.26%;中型餐饮单位的餐具检测合格率为80.78%;小型餐饮单位的餐具检测合格率为66.75%。结论:大型餐饮单位餐具消毒合格率远高于中、小餐饮单位的餐具消毒合格率,卫生监督部门应指导这些单位提高餐具消毒效果。In order to understand the mess kit disinfection effect on the different type meal and drink occupation in QinHuangdao city,find out the existing problem, approach the solved strategy. Method： In 2005, we investigated the sterilization about 1490 tableware in 196 catering organizations of the whole city,and did synthetic analysis. Result： The mess kit of big-sized meal and drink occupation detect the qualification rate is 95.26%;The mess kit of medium-sized meal and drink occupation detect the qualification rate is 80. 78% ; The mess kit of small meal and drink occupation detect the qualification rate is 66.75%. Conclusion： The mess kit of big-sized meal and drink occupation detect the qualification rate higher than small meal and drink occupation,and the health supervision department should direct this unit to elevate the hess kit disinfection effect.
