摘 要:抽样调查薄弱学校教师对新课程理念的理解和对新课程实施不利因素的认识、新课程实施中的主要困难、教师获得新课程理论知识的主要途径等情况,结果表明,薄弱学校教师对新课程理念认识不清晰,知识结构老化,教学能力不足,投入感不强;学生基础差,难以适应新课程;课程资源匮乏,评价改革滞后.这些问题亟待解决.By way of the sample investigation on the weak-school teachers' comprehension to the new curriculum idea and their understanding of the unfavourable factors to enforce the new curriculum, the chief difficulty in the enforcement of the new curriculum, the main path for the teacher to acquire the theoretical knowledge of the new curriculum, etc. , the investigation result makes known that the weak school teachers haven't distinct understanding of the theory of the new curriculum, their structure of knowledge is growing older and older, they lack sufficient teaching ability, they don't quite concentrate on their teaching work, the students have only a weak grounding in knowledge and they are not easy to suit well with the new curriculum, the curriculum resources are defficient, the judgement reform are lagging behind, and all the above problems have to be settled urgently.
