摘 要:目的了解湖北省重大食物中毒特点及发生规律,探讨防治对策。方法对湖北省各市(州)、县(区)1997-2005年上报的重大食物中毒事件报告卡进行统计分析。结果1997-2005年全省共报告重大食物中毒事件57起,中毒2512人,死亡86人,中毒死亡率为3·42%。其中死亡1人以上重大食物中毒事件45起,中毒582人,主要为农村家庭发生的化学性、有毒植物性食物中毒;发病100人以上的重大食物中毒事件12起,中毒1930人,主要为城区集体食堂、饮食服务单位发生的生物性食物中毒。结论因地制宜加强农村及城区的食物中毒预防工作是控制重大食物中毒事件的主要措施。Objective To understand the features of grave food-poisoning in Hubei Province and its intervention. Methods Case-reporting cards of grave food-poisoning by all the cities and counties (districts) of Hubei province (1997- 2005) were collected and analysed. Results 57 incidents of grave food-poisoning occurred,2 512 patients, 86 cases of death were reported. Case-fatality rate was 3. 42%. The further analysis showed that among the 45 incidents(more than 1 death, 582 patients). These incients occurred mainly in rural family, caused by chemical and vegetative factors. Meanwhile, there were 12 serious incidents, (1930 patients). These incidents occurred mainly in the dining hall and other food providing services, caused by biological factors. Conclusion The measures for the prevention of food-poisoning in both rural and urban areas should be strengthened.
