摘　　要：在设备软件研发过程中,利用面向对象的思想,将经过需求分析后功能初步明确的软件,进行模块化划分,并运用面向对象的抽象、封装、继承、多态四大特征进行设计。介绍了用面向对象的思想进行全自动引线键合机软件设计。During the device software development, based on Object Oriented Method partition a specific functional program after demanding analysis, and design by Object Oriented four characteristics： abstract, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism. This article introduce a software design of full automatic wire bonder based on Object Oriented Method.
