浅议高职法学教育的创新

摘　　要：高职法学教育是法学教育的重要组成部分,是以素质教育为中心的多元化的人才培养模式。我国的高职法学教育起步晚、时间短,还没有形成系统的成熟的经验和模式,并存在一些模糊认识。据此,实践中我们需要做一些探索和创新。Legal science education in higher vocational field is a main part of law education and a kind of pattern with emphasis on all-round education and aiming at training multiplex personnel. In our country it is not born long, without systematic or mature pattern, and often misunderstood in some respects. Based on this, we should put exploration and innovation into practice.
