摘 要:通过自行研制的干式高含油油料挤压机对油菜籽进行浸油前的预处理,应用正交旋转组合设计法找出了用于浸油的油菜籽挤压膨化系统参数(模孔孔径、模孔温度、物料含水率、螺杆转速)对各考察指标(粕的残油率、挤压机生产率及相对度电产量)的影响规律,并运用模糊综合评判法通过频数选优进行了系统参数的优化组合。研究表明当模孔孔径在10~11mm、模孔温度为99-111℃、螺杆转速在52-60r/min、物料含水率为6.4%~8.0%时,可以获得较优的机械生产性能和粕残油率指标。The dry mode and high-oil extruding-expansion machine which was designed and assembled by our lab was applied for the first time, and the pretreatment processing of expansion was studied. The test method of second power, revolving, orthogonal and tropical design of four factors and five levels was adopted, the direct expanding tests were carried out. With the method of illegibility analysis, the resid rate of extracted meal,the production and the per kilowatt-hour yield of the extruder were synthetically assessed. The optimum parameters of extrusion system were as follows: diameter of die nozzle was Ф=10-11 mm, temperature of die nozzle T=99- 111℃, speed of screw n=52 - 60 r/min, and moisture of material W=6.4- 8.0% after the frequency analysis; and the low resid in the meal, high productivity, and high per-kilowatt-hour production were assured in this system.
