我国优秀男子铅球运动员滑步阶段技术的三维运动学分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料法,专家访问法,近景动态立体摄像测量法,三维运动学分析法,数理统计法等方法,以我国8名优秀男子铅球运动员为研究对象,对推铅球滑步阶段技术进行了分析研究。结果显示:滑步阶段右脚离地瞬间,我国运动员的身体重心水平速度偏小,垂直方向的速度偏大;两大腿夹角偏小;右脚蹬地角偏大,平均值为74°±5°;滑步时间长;左、右腿摆蹬的力量、幅度以及配合都不适当。This text applies the law of documents and materials, the expert visits, close shot three- dimensionally video recording, the analytic approach of three- dimensional kinenratics, and the statistic law of mathematics and physics, etc., to research into elite men＇ s shot - put technique in China. The result indicates that ： （ 1 ） On the right foot twinkling of an eye, the horizontal velocity of centre of body weight of athletes is lower; The speed of the vertical direction is partial and large; The angle between two legs is partial and too small; The take off angle of right foot is partial and big; The average is 74 ＋ 5°; Sliding step time is long; The strength and wave range of left and right legs and their cooperation is inappropriate.
