摘　　要：讨论高职高专英语教学如何能够尽快适应企业的发展需要,围绕该主题来开展教学。要想把高职高专英语教好,首先应该了解企业需要什么样人才,要使用什么样人才,高职高专学生在企业中要做什么。通过对毕业生的调查,课堂教学要贯彻以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学模式,要把两种能力的培养始终贯彻于高职高专英语教学之中。Discussed how English teaching in a high professional college will be adapted to the needs and development of enterprises as quick as possible, and arrange teaching around this theme. For effective English learning and teaching, we must at first understand what kind of talents enterprises need, what kind of talents use, and what kind of work students do. Through the investigation, we should adopt the student - centered classroom teaching model and teachers taken as leading factor, which should carry out the cultivation of two kinds of abilities in the English teaching of a professional college all the time.
