摘 要:研究是教师专业发展的动力和可靠途径。基于远程教育中大多数网络教师存在研究意识不强、研究能力不足的问题,本文提出构建网络教师研究共同体,并详细介绍了网络教师研究共同体的概念、特性和构成,最后对网络教师研究共同体的运行步骤进行了阐述。The outlook of distance education service quality has posed challenges to e-learning teachers for high quality teaching services. Whether the e-teachers can realize their own professional development is related to the quality of teaching services, and even more, the quality of distance learning. Research is the motivation and reliable channel for teachers' professional development. In the light of less strong consciousness for research on the part of most teachers in distance education, as well as the lack in research capability and lack in communicative environment, the paper proposes to establish a e-teachers' research consortium. This consortium is a group of people who are taking different roles in distance education like teachers and relevant teaching staff and are assuming the responsibility of meeting demands from the distance learners and improve distance teaching services. They have possessed some general features of learning community. The author introduces the way of composing members to consortium for e-learning research on the part of teachers and the structure of the platform and information flow, and suggests the operation procedures like defining the research target, producing research plan and implementation, research summary and refinement, etc. The framework of establish the e-teachers' research consortium will be of great significance to improve teaching practice ability of e-teachers and facilitate their professional development. Distance education institutions should actively facilitate the construction of such a consortium, encourage e-teachers to combine research with practice and carry out research in distance teaching practice, so that distance teaching practice can be improved through research.
