摘　　要：教育信息化的目的是要为全面推进素质教育服务,西部少数民族地区为提高整体教育质量、提高全民族创新能力,促进科研工作服务,逐步建立一个适应21世纪经济社会发展和现代化建设需要的新型教育体系和人才培养模式。这种新模式的特征是：在培养目标上,要求全面发展,具有高度创新能力和使用信息化手段的能力；在培养内容上,主要侧重在使学生掌握学习方法,使每一个受教育者都具有自我获取知识和更新知识的能力；在培养方法上,要采取灵活多样,不受时间、空间限制的方式,能适应各种学科并能满足终身教育、全民教育的需求．The information that educate the purpose tarns to want for pushing forward the character education service completely, western region national minority region is increase the whole education quantity, increase whole race creative ability, promote the section the work serve, establishing a new education for adapting to oconomic society in 21 centuries developing with modernizing developments needing system gradually to educates with talented person mode. The characteristic of this kind of new mode is： In educating target, request to develop completely, have the high degree the creative ability to turn the means with the information that use the ability; In educating contents, lay emphasis primarily at make student controlling to study the method, make each an ability for teaching all having ego obtaining knowledge with renewing knowledge; In fostering method, to adopt vivid variety, not summit to the way that time, space limit, can adapt to every kind of course combine it can satisfy to educate life long, all the people education of need.
