摘  要:对体育专业教师教学监控能力的调查发现:高校体育专业教师教学的前期计划与准备工作较好,而教学后的调节、控制和课后反省较差,总体教学监控能力偏低;成败归因的各个因素中,努力因素对高校体育专业教师教学监控能力的影响较为显著;自我知觉的各个因素对高校体育专业教师教学监控能力均有非常显著的影响。The authors probed into the teaching monitoring capability of teachers in physical education speciahy by means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, and revealed the following findings: Preliminary teaching planning and preparation by teachers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning are well done, while post - teaching adjustment and control as well as postclass introspection are not so well done, and the teachers' overall teaching monitoring capability is on the weak side;in an factors in success and failure attribution,the effort factor has a relatively remarkable effect on the teaching monitoring capability of tethers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning; an factors in self perception have a very remarkable effect on the teaching monitoring capability of teachers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning.
