浅议运用层次分析法优化高职教育资源配置

摘　　要：针对强调技能培养的高职教育如何在实训教学和理论教学之间合理分配教学资源(如资金投入、课时等),以解决学生从业能力、持续发展能力和谐发展的问题,提出运用层次分析法客观评价实训教学和理论教学在学生综合素质提升中的相对权重,为教学资源的优化配置提供一定的依据。In view of the fact that higher vocational education lays emphasis on skill training, we should have a rational distribution of practical training resources and theoretical teaching recourses （eg. the input of funds, and the teaching hours etc. ） to settle the problem of harmonious development of students two kinds of abilities -- the ability of obtaining employment and the ability of sustainable development. The article proposes that AHP be applied to objectively weigh the relative importance of practical training and of theoretical teaching in the process of enhancing the comprehensive quality of the students. It offers foundation for optimization distribution of teaching resources.
