摘  要:目的选择适合手术室工作特点的继续教育方式。方法根据手术室工作标准高、任务重、时间不固定的特点,采用早会提问、英语交班、进修学习提高手术配合的预见性;专题讨论、参加学术讲座提高应对水平;锻炼写作能力、鼓励自学进行学历教育等形式进行继续教育。结果提高了手术室护士的整体素质,得到了院领导和外科医生的肯定。结论我院手术室选择了更有利于手术室工作的继续教育方式。Objective To select the continued education model to suit operating work. Methods Basing the character of operating room is high standard , heavy assignment , unfixed time , using the quiz in early meeting, handing over to the next shift in English, and attending in a advanced studies to height the forecasting of operation assorted , special discussion and science cathedra to advance the reply level, strength writing ability, arouse learning oneself etc. model to be continued education. Results The whole quality of nursing in operation room had been increased, and affirmed by hospital leaders and surgery doctor. Conclusion The continued education model is benefit to the operation work.
