摘　　要：医嘱套餐和临床路径是实现医疗服务标准化的有效途径。医嘱套餐的特点在于强调程序化和标准化,突出集成性和动态性特征,同时可动态分离和易于改动;临床路径在实现医疗服务标准化方面的特点在于转换医疗服务模式,突出个案管理,具有实际操作性的诊疗标准,同时引入患者参与机制。实施医嘱套餐和临床路径,能够有效规范医疗行为,减少资源浪费,提高医疗工作效率和质量,增加患者满意度。Sets of medical order and clinical path are efficient approaches to implementing standardization of medical treatment service. The features of sets of medical order are that it emphasizes procedure, standardization, and integration, and is dynamically separable and easily modifiable. The characteristics of clinical path lie in transforming the medical service model, stressing each-case management, having actually practicable treating standards, and introducing participating system into standardization of medical treatment service. By implementing sets of medical order and clinical path, we can regulate medical treatment action, reduce resource waste, improve medical efficiency and quality, and increase patients satisfaction.
