摘  要:介绍了一种利用压电陶瓷直接驱动的压电伺服阀,其机械结构简单、抗干扰能力强,具有高于传统电磁式伺服阀的频宽和分辨率。应用有限元法分析了柔性铰链的结构特性,对压电叠堆的静、动态特性进行了理论分析,并制造了压电直接驱动式伺服阀样机,进行了静、动态性能测试。测试结果表明:该压电伺服阀可以满足现代精密高速控制系统的需要。A novel servo-valve directly driven by piezoelectric ceramics was introduced. The valve is characterized by broader frequency width and higher resolution than the traditional electromagnetic servovalve, simple mechanical structure, and strong anti-interference ability. The finite element method was used to analyze the structure characteristic of the flexible hinge. The static and dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric stack were theoretically analyzed. The servo-valve prototype directly driven by piezoelectric stack was fabricated, and its static and dynamic characteristics were tested. The testing results show that the servovalve meets the demands of the high speed precise control system.
