摘　　要：分析了普通高等院校大学英语教学的现状及存在的问题,对大学英语教学的教学内容、教学模式、教学方法、考试考核办法等方面进行了研究并提出了改革意见,并针对目前英语教学师资现状,提出了建立高素质的英语师资队伍应采取的措施。The current situation and problems existing in college English teaching were discussed in the paper. The research was carried out from the aspects of teaching content, teaching mode, teaching method, test approaches, and reform suggestions were given. Based on the situation of English teaching staff, the measures to establish a high-qualified teaching staff group were also put forward.
