摘　　要：建设社会主义法治国家离不开权利的实现。通过分析高校贫困女大学生的权利现状,提出了权利救济的有效途径,即全面畅通“绿色通道”、切实维护贫困女大学生的物质帮助权、制定《男女就业平等法》和加强权利意识的培养等。The realization of civil rights is indispensable for constructing the socialist state of law-governing, Through analyzing the current status of the rights of underprivileged female college students, the paper proposes the effective ways to remedy their rights, namely, opening up the ＂green passages＂ comprehensively, conscientiously maintaining the material relief for underprivileged female college students, making Equal Employment Opportunity Law and cultivating the underprivileged female college students＇ fights consciousness and so on.
