论大学生自主创新与创业的促进因素——从“挑战杯”创业竞赛到“斯坦福硅谷”之路

摘　　要：进入21世纪,加强科技自主创新已成为新时期内的一项重要战略目标,人作为科技自主创新的主体,如何源源不断地培养造就大批高素质的具有蓬勃创新精神和创业能力的人才,已是提高国家竞争力和经济高速发展的前提条件。大学生作为高等教育的主体,在新的历史条件下,应重视和促进其自主创新和创业的能力。本文通过对正在探索与发展的国内大学生创业计划与美国业已成熟并带来巨大社会经济效益的自主创新创业模式进行对比分析,总结经验,对今后的发展方向提出适当建议。In this new era of 21 st century, one of the important strategies is to reinforce scientific innovations, in which people are the main force. How to cultivate and provide endless qualified persons for scientific innovation is crucial for the country in the fast economical development and competition. Under such circumstances, university students should pay attention to the cultivation of their innovative competence. This paper, in comparing and contrasting the domestic innovating and enterprising planning with the well-developed and beneficial American practice, offers some suggestions for consideration.
