摘 要:选用了抗旱基因聚合杂交后代的147个品系为材料,以水作为对照,研究了旱作对稻米直链淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:总体上旱作处理抗旱新品系的直链淀粉含量比水作处理低,随着直链淀粉含量(AC)的增加,旱作和水作的差别越大。但在AC较低时,旱作比水作稍高,所以旱作对改善稻米直链淀粉含量是很有利的。旱作和水作处理下直链淀粉含量的线性关系可表示为y=0.671 1x+4.633,决定系数达0.903 8。The experiment in the content of amylose in 147 new flee lines was carried out under the condition of dry - cultivation and water-cultivation. The result was as follows: the amylose content in dry-cultivation was lower than that in water-cultivation. The higher the content of amylose was, the more the diversity was. But when the amylose content was very low, the amylose content of dry-cultivation was a little higher than that of water-cultivation, so the dry-cultivation was helpful to improve the amylose content. The amylose content of dry-cultivation and water-cultivation had the correlation of y = 0.6711 x +4.633.
