摘 要:随着织机的高速化和织造品种的多样化,对送经机构提出了新的要求,需要准确控制送经机构的运动。根据现有无梭织机的典型送经机构,介绍了一种具有PI补偿回路的经纱张力控制系统的数学模型。采用离线系统辨识的方法得到该模型的传递函数,在主轴的1个回转中进行多次张力检测,以一个织物组织循环的张力平均值作为上机张力,考虑卷径值的不同,巧妙地引入了补偿系数,修正了织造过程中的张力误差,运用增量式PID控制方法对送经转速进行控制和调整,推导的计算方法能够满足实时控制的要求。Along with the tendency of high speed weaving and diversified varieties of fabric, the let-off mechanism faces new requirements. In order to adapt to weaving, the let-off motion must be controlled accurately. Based on the typical let-off mechanism of available weaving looms, this paper introduces a kind of mathematical model with PI compensating network for warp tension control. It adopts an off-line method of system identification to obtain the transfer function of the let-off model. This method measures tension several times at one turn of loom shaft, uses the average tension value of a repeat of textile weave as looming tension, and introduces tactically a compensation factor to correct any errors of tension on weaving in consideration of the change of beam diameter. And it controls the speed of let-off motor with PID. The computation method derived can satisfy the demand of real time control.
