摘　　要：文学描写表达的对象与心理健康研究所关注的焦点一样,都是人的内心世界。文学的性质和作用决定了它能够对读者的心理产生极大影响:一方面,它能调适情绪、宣泄情感、愉悦身心;另一方面,内容不健康的文学会败坏人心。Like mental health research, the object of literary description is the inner world of man. Literature with its special nature and functions is sure to exert a tremendous influence on the reader＇s psychology. It can help regulate the reader＇s feelings, release their emotions, and bring them mental and physical delight. However, the literature with unhealthy contents will bring negative effects on man＇s psychology.
