摘　　要：我们中华民族在长期的历史发展过程中，创造了丰富多彩、十分珍贵的文化遗产，而文化遗产包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产。物质文化遗产足指有历史、艺术、科学价值的文物，既包括不可移动的文物，如古遗址、古墓葬、占建筑、石刻、壁画、石窟寺、近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑等，还包括一些可移动文物，如历史上各时代的重要实物、艺术品、文献、手稿、图书资料、历史文化名城（街区、村镇）等；Over its long-term history development, our Chinese nation has created rich-in-variety and precious cultural heritages, comprising both tangible and intangible cultural heritages. Tangible cultural heritages represent cultural treasures with historical, arts and scientific values, including unmovable cultural treasures and moveable ones; while intangible cultural heritages are those traditional culture manifestations that are not in form of materials but closely related to peoplei-s life, which include： （i） folk legends; （ii） traditional performing arts; （iii） folk-custom activities, ceremonies and festival celebrations; （iv） folk traditional knowledge and practices related to the nature and the universe; and （v） traditional handicraft skills.
