鲜海带中砷的测定

摘　　要：应用GB/T5009.11-2003测定了海带中砷的含量。结果表明,海带由根部至尖部砷含量逐渐减少,中间部分砷含量比边缘部分低;不同地区的海带砷含量不同;同一地区的不同品种海带中砷含量有差异。The concent of Arsenic of fresh kelps from two districts were studied by the method of GB/T5009.11 - 2003. The results showed that the concent of Arsenic is from high to low from it＇ s foot to cuspidate part and the middle to the edge. There are also difference among different districts and the different breeds in the same district.
